    I am rejecting this response because: sandbags by my garage door has nothing to do with the bubbling of paint by my front door and other places. i was wondering why this response doesn't mention the message you sent me where you said you'd come by next week tp look. it seems like an important fact to the resolution of this matter.

    *****************************o me. i called again feb 21 and left similar msg to call me. and again i didn't hear anything from her. i called on mar 12 and again left msg to call me back and let me know when she could get to me, and no answer from her. i didn't know what else to do. just let me know when she can get to me. when i initially hired her she told me i'd have to wait til end of may and thats when she came. i don't think its asking too much to have her call me back and let me know when she can come and fix it. even if its a rough guesstimate. its been 5 months now.

    The duct tape that the customer applied to her home will rip off paint. Duct tape should never be applied to a painted surface. The sandbags she laid around her home will cause paint to bubble because water is being held in and keeping the home saturated. This customer floods every rain and as long as she applies duct tape and sand bags to her home this will continue to happen as I already explained to her
