    This management company left my property roof leakin. Removed my oven that went out months ago without replacing it. Black mold all over the ceiling. Garage door collapsed and the refuse to repair anything. After contacting the city they gave me a 30 day notice of non lease renewal

    They are slumlords my son rented from them for three years. For seven months after the hurricane in Daytona Beach, His unit was leaking steadily. The wall caved in floors were sagging in from the water leaking, mold everywhere several emails, text messages, phone calls request on the portal and they ignored every single one. It was unhealthy, unsafe, black mold, and they did absolutely nothing and when I mentioned the Better Business Bureau if they saw what it look like it would be demolished then they ordered my son to move out by the end of the month, which was three weeks, and I asked him to find him another place to rent in that short amount of time, and they moved him into another unit with the ceiling leaking for the first week he was there ruining his things again And then they decided to keep his deposit after everything he went through spent hundreds of dollars cleaning up the water leak on a daily basis, towels, washing and numerous of his personal belongings were ruined. For seven months they ignored this. I kept a journal daily and kept pictures as well.
