      This company has been a nighmare to work with. Inconsistent messaging, salesman not honest, management is not responsive, contracts are not complete or professional. Their goal is to get you signed up so they can literally **** money out of you while soaking up the solar shining on your property. Their pricing system is a black box that has the potential to cost you in the long run.They contracted a 3rd party to do roof work and they totally botched our gutter guard system voiding the warranty. Then they said they would "pay" for the mistake and we're still waiting weeks later. (Note: Getting solar voids most roof warranties so buyers beware.)

We take all customer concerns seriously and strive to maintain the highest standards of integrity and service, as reflected in our A+ ********* this case, the homeowner received a brand-new roof and solar system at no cost through our program. During the project, the existing gutter guards were carefully removed and reinstalled without damage. Photos were taken before, during, and after installation to ensure proper documentation and protection of the homeowners property.The complaint was submitted by the homeowners daughternot the homeowner themselveswho requested full replacement of the existing gutter helmet system. The estimate was obtained the day after the solar installation was complete. However, we confirmed with photos and a follow-up inspection that the gutter system was returned to its original condition and continues to function as expected.We also noted that the gutter helmet brand in question is known for denying warranty coverage when any non-authorized roofer performs work, regardless of the quality or outcome. While we respect this policy, it is beyond our control and should not reflect poorly on the work or conduct of our team.We are committed to resolving genuine issues and always stand behind our workmanship. In this situation, weve found no evidence of damage or service failure, and the homeowner has not expressed dissatisfaction directly to us.We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the facts and will remain available to the homeowner for any follow-up questions or concerns.and to the homeowner: Hello,I just wanted to personally follow up regarding the concern about the gutter guards at your home Our team took extra care to remove and replace the existing system exactly as it was found. We documented everything with photos to ensure no part was left out or mishandled. The homeowner received a brand-new roof and solar at no cost, and we coordinated with the roofer to make sure all gutter components were reinstalled properly.We understand you were hoping for a full gutter replacement. While we respect your concern, we werent able to find any damage caused by our team. Unfortunately, companies like Gutter Helmet often void warranties when outside contractors touch the system, even if its handled perfectlywhich can be frustrating, but its not something we control.That said, our top priority is keeping everyone happy. Were here and open to reasonable solutions if theres anything further youd like to discuss.Thanks again for the opportunity to serve your family.

      Consumers Beware: The roof had no up front cost and the homeowner is being charged for it. Note: The company initially promised a new roof and tried to apply a coating instead on a few occasions before finally agreeing to provide a new roof. Before photos have yet to be provided and the few after photos show that the gutter guard was not properly installed. NexGen stated in writing that they would remedy the issues with the gutter guard and if not resolved within 60 days, they would pay to have the gutter guard replaced for $2,652. The owner told me the other day that the roofers used to install the roof have been fired and new roofers have been hired. Whoever wrote the response from NexGen is lying or clueless because the owner emailed a quote from their new roofer with pictures showing the correcting needed because the initial roofer did such a bad job. They don't even know how their billing system works because it is handled by a 3rd party. I wish they provided A+ service, then we would still not be fighting with them. Hopefully NexGen will uphold their promises (that are in writing), so I can actually have something good to say about them. - Signed, the daughter of the 79yo single female homeowner.
