    *****'s did a fine job for us. I called them about a leak in one of my pool solar panels. They said there is a $150 service call fee. I felt that was reasonable so I asked them to come make the repair. 3 days later, no more leak. Well done guys! Thank You.

    BUYER BEWARE!!***** Solar installed solar panels June 2018. After only 4 years the panels began leaking. So far I've had 6 leaks. There was a $150.00 labor charge each time for the repair, despite having a "Twelve Year Labor" warranty.

    I am sorry to hear of your frustration with the solar panel leaks and our billing procedures. The manufacturer 12-year warranty covers the cost of the panel should it need replacement, as per their guidelines. The service trip charge covers the cost of the technician wage, truck fuel, and other fixed costs associated with coming out to your home.
