    Paid $2500 for tree removal and ***** grinding. ***** removal still hasnt been completed and during tree removal they left huge lawn damage and city street damage from bobcat.

    Hello this is *************************, the owner of honest arborist and bobcat solutions, this customer has wrote bad reviews on my yelp page and ******* he even had his wife pretend to be a neighbor, I have messages from him threatening to continue to write negative comments and remarks towards our company if we didnt give him money. The stumps he says are not ground, are ground completely, the yard damage he is saying we left is compressed grass from our machine, it has been about a week and you cannot even tell we were in his yard other than were he poured dirt on the grass to make it look like we tore the grass up which again, was just compressed from the machine which it states in our contracts there will be some wear and tear as trees are not light, we removed over 15 thousand pounds of tree debris. I have told **** if he continues to threaten my project manager about money, and continues to write negative and false comments about my company I will take him to court for extortion, again I have the messages from him demanding money or he will continue to have his friends and family write more bad reviews. This is absolutely ridiculous that a grown man is acting this way.
