I bought Vending Machines and I spent $1800 and was promised locations with the vending machines its been almost a year and I currently have two locations and I have six other Vending Machine sitting in my garage and I want my money back because I was not getting what I paid forBusiness Response

I apologize for the delayed response as we have very time consuming
family health issues happening at this time and your BBB letters have gone
to spam.
We are the only company that actually does what we do. We sell a complete package
which involves custom machines, shipping and the new vendors locations for them to
place their machines. Getting the locations is the weak link in the system because by law it
has to be done by 3rd party. I have 2 locators and both have over 30 years experience
in securing locations for people all across the Country and because of current technology it
is done completely over the phone.
The stories vary between this vendor and her locator and it comes down to expectations
and timing. In a busy time we secure as many as 100 locations a week, so to not secure locations
for someone is actually unusual. In some areas it is more difficult than others but never ever impossible.
We have tried to coordinate with the locator and the vendor several time but timing seems to be off
somewhere along the line and it truly has gone on much longer than normal.
We are a factory direct sales company and do not get refunds back from the factory once an order
is placed so we are never able to issue refunds although we have compensated vendors in various ways
to keep everyone happy. We have over 600 vendors after almost 4 years of business and as you can see do NOT
have complaints. Although I can not give ****** her money back I have told her I would try to help coordinate
a sale of her machines to another local person as we have done several times and we are more than happy to
keep working on her locations. Thank you!

Complaint: 22013845As *** has stated the purchase price came with the locations it has been well over a year and the only time I ever hear from him is when I complain I dont have any locations and I always hear the same thing over and over again theyre working on it. If it is so easy for them to come up with all these locations, how come I have received two out of my six ***************** I no longer want the locations anymore as I am frustrated with the way that the system has worked because it hasnt I want my money back because I was not sold what I paid for I was sold **************** with no locations which was not part of the deal who would buy $1800 worth of vending machines with no locations. The time frame has been exponential and this is not right I would like my money back.

Be very cautious about doing business with ******************* of Simple and Sweet Vending. He will make a lot of promises to get your money. This is the slowest company I've ever dealt with in the 48 years of my life. I've spent over $3500 since December 2023. It's been disaster after disaster since placing my first order before Christmas in 2023. It took over two months to get four candy machines. Since then, I've given them another chance and most recently placed an order in March 2024. I received a partial shipment of the order in May. They still owe me for the other half of the machines that didn't come. I finally requested a partial refund, which I've yet to receive as of July 10, 2024. All I've asked for is half my money back for the machines I didn't receive. I've heard excuses after excuse since doing business with this company. They don't keep machines in stock, so be prepared to wait for months to get your order if ever. Then, when requesting a refund, you can forget it. I could write a book with the excuses I've heard. Also, I've received messages from other customers asking me if I've received my order. So, obviously, there are major issues with this company that are not being addressed. I'm done. Just want my partial refund and move on. So if you're thinking of doing business with this company (DON'T) ! There are plenty of other options out there where you will receive your machines lightning fast. So do your proper research and don't give this company your money.Initial Complaint

I paid this merchant ***** dollars for a package of 10 vending machines for which they only sent 5 machines. The transaction was done online through their website on Nov 6 2023. The merchant keeps giving excuses of why they havent sent the machines and are refusing to give a refund for half of the machines they did not send. They are still promoting packages for sale on their website. This merchants is fraudulent and should not be allowed to do business.Business Response
