    Refused to provide proof of insurance before and during the project as agreed in the contract.Missed multiple deadlines of this project. Project dates were agreed to be 4/26-04/28. Missed the deadlines and cost financial losses and expenses due to the delays. Refused to address any of the requests and concerns. Lied about weather related reasons for not able to complete the project, when the weather was obsoletely fine. failed to return phone calls and voicemails left in the office and on ********************************* phone and threatens with legal actions via email, yet again, failing to address the above stated.

    Insurance Coverage: As a State Licensed Contractor, we are required to carry **************************** This requirement ensures that we are eligible to obtain the necessary permit for the re-roofing of your home. We provided you with the Proof of Coverage Certificate to validate our insurance via email.

    Project Delays: Unfortunately, weather conditions are beyond our control. Despite this, we accommodated your request to begin the project on April 27th. However, due to adverse weather conditions, we had to temporarily halt construction on several occasions. The safety of our workers and the protection of your property are of utmost importance to us. Therefore, as per our policy, if there is a threat of lightning and or rain within 10 miles of the project, we suspend production to ensure worker safety and protect the home from water damage. I trust you understand and appreciate these precautions. A snapshot of the weather radar that was taken on the 28th at 11:07 AM showing the severe weather threat we are speaking of was provided to you via email. You were also made aware via phone conversation as to this causing the delay during the project build.Despite these weather-related setbacks, we worked diligently to complete the project as soon as possible. We put in extra hours and worked through the weekend to expedite the process. Ultimately, we successfully obtained approved inspections from the building department on May 2nd, and the project was completed on the same day. We have provided you with the necessary documentation, including the approved inspections results. Considering the circumstances, the project was completed within a reasonable timeframe of 6 days. We place great importance on maintaining our professional reputation and are confident that we can reach a satisfactory resolution regarding this matter. We kindly request your immediate attention to ensure a prompt resolution.
