    This business began changing my account a monthly subscription fee without my authorization. I had to dispute the charges and get my card replaced multiple times. I contacted the business customer service and was assured my subscription was cancelled and there would be no further attempts to charge my account. Another charge attempt occurred today, but as my bank was on alert not paid. However, now I must change my card again. I dont know how they got my information but they were notified in writing that I never agreed to a subscription and told to stop charging me. They responded in writing that would not chat my account. They broke that assurance with a small charge, perhaps hoping to go unnoticed. It is fraudulent.

    I would like to apologize for any confusion this may have caused on your end but one thing I can guarantee is that your account and subscription is already cancelled and closed.

    In regards to the charge of $1 that happened on November 21, 2023 , the charge was declined by both your bank and our payment system as your account is no longer active which means there's no amount that was taken out of your card.

    I would like to apologize once again and thank you for your patience and understanding regarding this matter.

    Several dates the the past four months. CARHISTORYAUDIT.COM is guilty of making fraud charges to my bank account. The bank has caught each time but the restricts my debit card and I end up with hassle of getting a new card each time. I got a letter from them saying I was removed from their web site but it's not working. I got another charge from them today. Isn't fraud a serious matter.
