  My experience with Superior Fence and Rail, specifically with ***** ******* out of *********, **, was an absolute disaster. They will use AI to filter out all of the negative reviews. You have to dig deep to get the true reviews. I learned these facts the hard way.He is a great salesman who feeds you a lot of garbage while he sells the job. He sent a crew of 3 men to complete a fairly large fence for me. They were done in 1 day, and I had serious doubts. I sent him the following after walking my property:1) There were nails left all over the driveway. I cleaned up 20 of them with a magnet.2) The fence posts were not concreted in place. Dry concrete was poured, and I was told to wait for rain.3) They didn't mitre the top of the posts. They hacked them with a chainsaw.4) The gate door is built wrong and sags already.5) Craftsmanship is sloppy all around.***** responded and sent the same crew out to fix their mistakes. They were there for less than 2 hours and left. They moved my garbage toters and didn't put them back, causing me to miss my pickup. They opened my enclosure, where my pets are, to unplug an extension cord when I specifically asked them not to. I was home, and they could have come and gotten me. There were still noticeable mistakes everywhere. I contacted ***** to set up a 3rd date to which I specifically requested him to fix the fence.He NO CALLED/NO SHOWED the date we planned. I contacted him, fired him, and said I was giving poor reviews. Only then, did he immediately start trying to make things right. He harassed me with many emails within a 24 hr period begging to let him fix the project. This is some of the worst craftsmanship I have ever seen. I have over 30 pictures as proof. I have shown the pictures to other fence companies who I am trying to hire to fix his awful work. Everyone who has seen the work has said it is unacceptable. Stay away from ***** and Superior Fence and Rail in ************.

  Superior Fence and Rail is a rip off!! They fail to ownership of any mistakes. They installed my fence 2 feet ahead of my property line leaving my irrigation system on the opposite side. They refuse to fix this per their contract. They dont return phone calls but they can miraculously send an email.

  Had fence put up last June and workmanship and crew who installed it were excellent. They left our yards spotless. Recently had issue with a small separation on 1 top rail reported it to company and its been 6 weeks and still waiting. **************** is pathetic

  I wouldnt recommend this company. They went through a sale of ownership right in the middle of my job and it took them months to finally get the job done. And, only 6 months after they completed the job, I have problems with my gate opening and closing properly.

  This company is a joke and I would never recommend it to anybody they did not fix the fence correctly the first time ask them several times to come out they kept pushing the timeline when they finally came out it was 3 hours before they were even supposed to get here so one of the gentlemen jumps over my fence brave rebreaks it and then I speak with the owner **** and he is very disrespectful And things that the customers owes their company a favor. Would never recommend this company to anybody

  Scam of a company. Hires very bad subcontractors and they get inferior product from cheapest place. Work was shoddy and fence is warping and buckling and no customer service at all... buyer beware and don't fall for their low bid like I did

  If I can give them a zero I would. Worst company I've ever delt with. I had them install a 2 section fence. The wood looked odd to me but was told by the installer that is was really good wood. A month 0r 2 later I called to complain about the wood warping, very rough and had white spots on it. The receptionist told me to send pictures. I sent them and *** called me back and said that was normal. The following month I called left a message for *** to call me back, never received a call. This has been going kn for 4.5 months now. Do not use this company. They list false reviews on their website. I'm going to pu up a sign in our development so no one else will use them and I listed my telephone number in case someone wanted to come by and look at the fence for themselves.

  The company accels in fence installation. Perfectly straight and well built. Highly recommended for fences.Driveway gates are another subject all together. Superior does NOT build their gates, they use a third-party fabricator that ***, as an engineer, does not understand overhung loads. They say fences under 12' use 1/8" thick poles for support! This is wrong, maybe a 100 lb. 12' fence but NEVER a 350 lb. 10' fence. These fabricators have NO engineering sense what-so-ever.They built the gate supports flimsy. The poles holding the 10' 350 lb. gates are made of 1/8" aluminum. A 40 MPH gust ripped the self-tapped screws out of the hinges. These poles should have been made out of 1/4" stainless and put in the ground a MIN of 3'. Instead, they put the poles a measly 2 ft. down and only used 6" dia. of cement. A MIN of 12" dia. cement should have been used. They said the wind was an "act of God" and would not warranty the damage. So as an engineer that hand built my own house, I fixed what they should have done under warranty. I installed cross cable ties with turn buckles to hold the weight and eventually will add cement to the bases.See attached pics. A new bolt and nut replaced the ripped-out the self-tap flimsy bolt.The cross ties are made of 1/4" stainless. Do it right or don't do it.That is my motto. I just wish more companies would use this motto instead of do it as fast and cheap as possible to make more profit.

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.** LOCATION IS FRANCHISED OWNED AND ALL THEY ARE IS A GLORIFIED MANAGER OF THEIR LOCATION.ALL THEY DO COMES OUT SELL YOU A FENCE THEN HAVE SUBCONTRACTORS INSTALL IT AND GET THEIR PRODUCT FROM THE CHEAPEAST LOCAL WAREHOUSE IN YOUR TOWN. I LEARNED THE HARD WAY HOW THIS COMPANY OPERATES TRUE STORY HERE I HAD AN OWNER OF A FRANCHISE COME TO MY HOME AND 2 TIMES HE CAME OUT MEASURED THINGS AND WHAT I HAD WAS A VERY SIMPLE *** AS FAR AS INSTALL AND SO MANY FEET OF CHAIN LINK FENCE AND SOME GATES EASY *** THIS OWNER CAME OUT 2 TIMES THEN GIVES ME HIS BID,SEVERAL THINGS WERE MISSING ON BID THAT WE WENT OVER AT MY HOUSE SO I HAD HIM AD THIS INTO MY BID TO MAKE SURE AND BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY MAKE SURE ON YOUR ORDER EVERYTHING IS SPELLED OUT WHAT THEY DO OR THEY WILL S**** YOU...SO I APPROVED MY BID AND ASKED OWNER TO COME TO MY HOME WITH BID IN WRITING SIGNED BY HIM AND I WOULD GIVE HIM HALF DOWN HE SHOWS UP NEXT DAY TELLS ME HE SUMMITED THE BID TO CORP OFFICE AND THEY REJECTED IT SAYING BID WAS TO CHEAP NOW THE OWNER OF THIS FRANCHISE IN A BIG CITY COMES TO YOUR HOME 2 TIMES WRITES THE BID THEN HE HAS TO SUMMIT IT TO A CORP OFFICE FOR APPROVAL AND YOU FIND OUT HIS WORD AND BID ARE WORTLESS AND THEY FRAUD YOU BECAUSE EVERY LOCATOION IS A FRANCHISE THEY DO NOTHING EXCEPT SELL THE *** FROM THERE ITS OUT OF THEIR HANDS AND YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT QUALITY YOU GET AND YOU GET NO SERVICE FROM THE FRANCHISE OWNER AFTER YOU SIGN CONTRACT SO BE WARE OF THIS ONCE YOU SIGN A CONTRACT ITS OUT OF YOUR HANDS AND THE FRANCHISE OWNER AGAIN ALL THEY ARE IS A GLORIFIED MANAGER AND A SALES *** FOR THIS CORP.BUT THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM THEY FIND PEOPLE WHO WANT TO BUY A FRANCHISED BUSINESS CHEAP AND THEY OPEN AN OFFICE AND MAKE AND WRITE BIDS BUT IF CORP DOESNT SEE ENOUGH PROFIT THEY TURN YOU AWAY AND REFUSE TO HONOR THE BID THAT THE FRANCHISE OWNER WROTE SO STAY AWAY AND BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE YOU SIGN GET HARD COPY DONT SIGN ON NET.

  Norfolk superior fence & rail is a terrible company. My vinyl double swing gate came apart in 18 days. The screws are coming out of the hinges because there is nothing behind the vinyl. No metal or wood. I paid $2400 Have called said their working on it. Haven't heard in over 3 weeks. They won't even return my call. How can they do this to old people & get away this.They say we are the first this has happened to.. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. C ******
