    A gentleman by the name of ********************* came out to my house sometime between March 3rd & 4th to discuss what I wanted done to my landscaping.We discussed what plants I wanted, what were probably the best plants to use. We talked for about 20 minutes and in the end, he said he would come up with a landscaping design plan and email me the quote by the end of business day via email.I didn't receive the quote, so on March 5th, I emailed him saying I wasn't sure if he had my correct email address because I hadn't received the quote. I told him in the email I checked my spam folder but nothing was there either. I said now that I've emailed you m you can just reply to this email with the quote.I waited a few days for a response email, or at the very least a phone call explaining and apologizing why he never got back to me, but nothing came. No email, no phone call...nothing.I began to think that this was very unusual and highly unprofessional, but was still willing to give ****************** and the company the benefit of the doubt, so I picked up the phone and called the company maybe one or two weeks after I sent the email on March 5th 2024.Surprise, surprise...no one answered. Voicemail picked up, and I left a message.To this very moment, no one from that company nor ************************* ever returned my phone call.Now I'm thinking this company is not who they claim to be, fraudulent, extraordinarily unprofessional and if they do exist and are a real company, should not be allowed to own a business license. Absolutely no work ethic, unprofessional, if they truly exist.
