    JVZoo markets a product called AISocialAgent. They offer a money back offer. I paid $247 on April 17th. With a week I filed a request for a refund, as the product would not work in my application. Twice they told me they would expidite my request. I have never heard back from them.

    I purchased a program, Forrk from one of the creators on the JV Zoo platform. The creator has failed to provide basic customer service and when I request a refund from JV Zoo I'm told only the individual that sold it to me can send back my money. This is a huge problem! It appears as though the sellers and creators known as Ben M***** and Karthik R***** have created other products that are not working as stated and the company should be held accountable for allowing them to sell dysfunctional SAAS services through their channel. I requested a refund well within my 30 day money back guarantee that they promise and have not heard anything back other than what I've been hearing from them (We'll get back to you ASAP"). I request a refund.
