    We signed a contract to have a rather small pool built which was to be completed in 90 days. Contract was signed 24 February 2024 and today is 7 August 2024. They constantly fall short of what they say they will do. They do not respond to calls or texts in regards to what is happening or when something is going to happen. I would not recommend them at all and regret we chose them to do the pool. We have spent about $29K with them and have a large hole in our back yard. Thier communication and follow up is terrible. They over promise abd under deliver. There is not one thing that they said they were going to do when they said they were going ti do it. It is always late. I believe they have no idea what they are doing. I don't know what they did with our money. They did not follow directions in regards to the size and shape of pool we asked for. They do not give any reason as to why they act and behave the way they do. We are constantly in the dark. It is as if they disregard us in every regard except when it comes to payment. I wish I never put my trust with this company and obviously do not recommend them.
