      We have used poolman services since spring of 2022. They were bought out by Amenity ************* and our service has been bad this summer. At the end of June, we had a green pool! We pay them to come every week to treat and clean our pool, so it should've never gotten this bad. We have called them multiple times for someone to come out and fix the pool. Someone came out and took pictures of how bad it got. I ended up talking to a supervisor who said it should've never happened. They ended up shocking the pool, but there is still algae around the edges of the pool. I have continued to reach out to them to get it fixed and they do not respond. I also tried to get our money back for June and July since we are paying for services and they are not doing their job. We pay them $176.34 each month. Also one of their technicians took out one of our pool toys while cleaning the pool and significantly damaged our turf. It was a large clear circular inflatable and when it was set on the turf all day the sun went through the clear plastic and burnt our turf. There is a huge circle shape burn **** on our turf. I reached out to the company to inform them of the damage done by one of their technicians and they refuse to cover the costs. The quote to repair from our turf company was $600.00. I just want them to cover the cost of the damage they did and reimburse us for the last two months. We have been unable to use our pool due to the problems with the algae and chemicals. The total settlement I am asking for is $1,000.00.
