    In May of this year I got a quote for tree trimming from Tree Monkeys and other companies. Their estimator wasn't able to meet me so they came by when I wasn't home to estimate the cost of the job. Their price was the best of 3 by $200 so I asked them to do the work. They came on May 17 and partially completed the job and requested payment. It's worth noting, their invoice contained a $175 additional fee for an arborist. This fee was included in the other estimates I got making their fees the very similar to everyone else's. I let them know the job was incomplete and I would not be paying the invoice until the work was done. Tree Monkeys sent someone out who agreed the work wasn't finished. We had a bit of trouble finding a new day for them to finish but I eventually agreed to go to work late on an agreed upon date and meet them first thing in the morning. When that date arrived, they had an emergency job and were not able to come but they were going to try to squeeze me in later in the day. I left work in the middle of the day to meet them and make sure everyone understood expectations but I could not stay long. Very soon after, they called to say the work was done and they needed their check. Skeptical that the necessary work could have been completed in such a short time, I asked my 14 year old to send me a video of their work. It was still not acceptable so I told them I would not pay until the work was done. That crew left and shortly afterward their supervisor (?) came to the door needing to see me right away. My child who was home alone didn't know what to do so I left work again to meet Tree Monkeys. It was explained to me the untrimmed trees still hanging over my house were Live Oaks and couldn't be trimmed. However, today I was on a street lined with Live Oaks which had obviously been trimmed. Although the lady who answered the phone for Tree Monkeys was very responsive and nice, I did not have a good experience in my dealings with this company.

    A wonderful company! Team very professional, fast while paying attention to details. Palm trimmed very well Clean up excellent I will always use this company and tell all my neighbors about them! Thankyou.

    This group did an outstanding job in everything they did in curing down trees,removing the material,logs,stacking out front,cleaning up the site;just everything.Most of the debris was removed by hand! Extremely hard work and they were up to it. Anthony,his son-were up to the task. Very impressed with everything 5 stars Terry

    We live on a HEAVILY wooded, two acres homesite - have for the past 40+ years. Needless to say, we have worked with quite a few arborists and tree services in that time. Tree Monkeys sits at the top of our list for future needs. Truly professional in all respects.

    I have used tree monkey's a few times. No issues with scheduling, price or quality of work! Most recently I had a tree fall, taking out a fence. Tree monkeys were out the next day to remove it! A+++ work!

    Tree Monkeys Inc. was amazing, they took down a large cedar and trimmed two other trees and did it with great expertise. They arrived on time, were friendly, took the tree down with accuracy and speed, and cleaned up beautifully! They were professional and fair in price too. I would not hesitate to call them again!     I have hired Tree Monkeys several times, and will continue to hire them. I have also recommended to friends, coworkers, and neighbors. They do great work, clean up, and are reasonably priced. They came when they said they would come, and were very responsive.
