    Roof was replaced and a total of $17,522.82 was paid by me and my insurance company. The materials and workmanship was completed correctly. I am only requesting that I get a itemized bill showing the type and amount of the materials used as well as the cost to me for the material. I am a retiree of ***************** and entitled to a employee rebate for materials used. In order to file for my rebate I need the itemized cost.

    This business has serious communication issues. We went through our homeowners insurance in order to get our roof ***laced and this company was suggested to us by one of our neighbors. So we reached out and started the process. Through the process the communication was alright, however, after the roof was ***laced it was a nightmare to try to communicate with them. They never sent us a final cost adjustment after our insurance, so we didnt know what to pay at the end. Then out of nowhere, with no prior communication they put a lean against our house. After reaching out (several attempts) we finally got that squared away. But now, after reaching out a few more times, via different channels, I have not received documentation stating that we are paid up and that the lean was taken off our house. Attached is a picture of our final payment due, which was given to our sales *** in the form of a certified check. And then no communication after that.
