    Was sold a motor for my zero turn and the motor stopped working. Motor was picked up and I was told I ran the motor with no air filter and sand got into the engine. Very sad because I have all grass in my yard. Refused to give me a refund and tried to low ball me and by the mower for a lower price than the cost of the motor. Knew there would be a problem. Because the owner seems very racist towards me. Will never enter his establishment again

    As stated in my response to your Google review:
    1st - funny, you are the only one bringing up race
    2nd - as you told my employees, you ignored your wife in buying a used mower & then spending money to fix it
    3rd - if you’d like the text messages shared, let me know…I have the one you admitted to removing the filter to start the mower and not placing it back on
    4th - we offered to buy the mower at the cost of the motor and you declined
    5th - you stated the first motor was ruined because you ran it with no oil and it was the previous business who worked on your mower fault, not yours
    Sounds like you’re in trouble with your wife and trying to recoup money you were told not to spend (again), and not be responsible for your own actions. Then playing the race card. Shows your character & the direction you are trying to take this.
    Let us know when you’d like to come get your mower. Which you have yet to come and pick up or state when you are getting it. Mr. ********* has threatened small claims court and
    told us he would see us there.

    So ppl usually don't leave feed back unless they experience a problem. I had experienced a problem and was just annoyed and wanted my stuff back. I went to pace store to fix this and just be done. I in no way expected them to do what they did. Took complete ownership of the problem and fixed it on the spot. I am so great full of this gesture, completely blown away. Ty.
