    Fresh Coat is a fantastic company. Very professional, and quick to complete the job. I highly recommend them, and would use them again.

    Franchisee who hires third party contractors to complete unsatisfactory work. Does not show up to the premises to observe, inspect the completed work to customer satisfaction. Misrepresentation of scope of work, no work practice measures taken to protect personal property from damage. Sloppiness, simply looking for fast cash. Didn’t uphold my personal request to have the work completed in phases. Pushed the issue of completion all at once. Hired incompetent third party contractors not supervised by the franchisee simply to test their skills because he wanted to see if he could use them in the future for his own personal gains. Repeatly demanding full payment of a project that was unsatisfactorily done twice. Paint on ceiling, appliances, new flooring, concrete sealed floors. Shower and tub, windows. Homeowner had to completely repaint both bathrooms. Demanded 5% late fee, 1.5% processing fee. Threatening property lean. As per home owner request work was to be completed in 4 phases as to enable said homeowner to pay for each phase. His third party contractors never showed up on time, he personally never supervised, inspected or ensured compliance to false company claims. This franchisee is negatively not recommended by me, nor would I ever refer, reference this business to any individual.
