    Highly recommend. Knew a difficult job with both rats and squirrels in attic, but rats also infiltrated areas under/behind sink ***************** & utility/patio room. Cringe-worthy enough before adding its my elderly mothers *********** beloved dog. She was not going to let anyone appear to take over her house. I had searched and searched online reading reviews and sites. Talked to 3 different companies and 2 came onsite to estimate before looking at BBB site for official ***************** objective info. Found A+ Animal Solutions. When **** came out to look at the house, it was the 1st time in months I felt the stress could be relieved and knew this was who we would hire before even seeing his estimate, which was better than Id had from others.His attitude is fantastic always enthusiastic and positive about the job, not constantly reminding you of what you already know is less than ideal (having a dog and my mom living as usual during entire time period).Its a process. Critters take time. I knew this would take longer with my mom and her dog (and dog food) and **** always assured me that he can work with it and continued to assure me there is an end in sight. I felt confident telling my mom that he wouldnt do anything to endanger her dog, and he installed a squirrel 1-way door to get them out of attic unharmed before trapping rats in attic area, which was also my moms concern.l cant say enough about how optimistic I was in ***** **************** to help us through it. He explained what he would be doing each step of the way, including repair outside openings of *****, traps set inside attic after squirrels went out their escape door, trapping in house areas (not within reach of dog) & spraying anti-microbial disinfectant pheromone treatment (safe for pets) in affected areas at end. **** was wonderful to work with & skills stellar. His humor, respect for my mom, her pet and her home, won my mom over too. (Her dog says hes Dog Approved)
