    Electricians came out 12/20/22 to install a bathroom exhaust fan and a security light for in the front, outside. Also, they came out to troubleshoot an issue as to why the GFI outlets were tripped. The electricians completed all of the work in two hours, from 12:45-2:45 pm. I purchased the exhaust fan and the security light. I was never told that they would charge for each separate item separately. They charged for the removal and install of the security light, the removal and install of the exhaust fan, and the troubleshooting. I was never told that by the manager on the phone. I was told that it was $50 for them to come out and $145 per hour. I am seeking a refund in the amount of $257.25. This is the difference between what I had paid and the flat rate of $145 per hour plus the $50 trip charge with the 5% added from using a credit card.
