      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

The business owner has not provided any physical evidence for any of the claims she is making because she's making it all up.

The owner claims: "I provided all communication with this client within this response." -- The truth is that that is false. I've provided evidence of all emails, text messages, and fake reviews the owner left on my business page.

The owner claims: "The services were performed, I took care of all requested changes and provided a refund while still offering to complete services free of charge in exchange for negative feedback." --  The truth is that this is inaccurate. Services were not performed to my satisfaction so I decided to not use the work she created and simply have her edit my own work. Even the final product she provided did not include all requested changes. She also did not issue a full refund. She only issued a partial refund. I provided evidence of all payments and refunds.

The owner claims: "She voided this agreement after the refund was processed." -- The truth is that the refund was only issued for part of the work. I'm not asking her to do any additional work for me.

The owner claims: "The email tracking via hubspot also shows when the documents are in use that were sent to the client." -- I don't know what the business owner is talking about. I'm not using any of her documents. The work she did was horrendous. I went back to using my own templates and my own revisions.

The owner claims: "******** left negative reviews months later after the 30 day policy for changes. After negative feedback no further edits were made." -- That is a lie. I left a negative review on December 15, 2022 -- she submitted the final work on December 8, 2022. It's not 30 days later. This review was taken down by the business owner because she lied to Trustpilot.

The owner claims: "I have had no communication with this client." -- This is a lie. The business owner texted me in March 2023 and I submitted evidence of those text messages.

The owner claims: "Her order was refunded and this transaction has been closed." -- The transaction is in fact close. I do not want her services. But it was only partially refunded.

The owner claims: "She continues to slander the brand and still continues to use the product she stated she is not pleased with." -- This is false. slander is making a false statement with intent to cause harm to someone's reputation. What I have done is left factual reviews of my feelings and experiences with the business' owners services. I do not recommend her work, and people should know that. They especially should know how unprofessional she has been with the threatening emails and text messages she's sent me.

The owner claims: "A theft of services claim has been filed with the Orange County Courthouse and correspondence was mailed to the consumer billing address on file." -- The business owner can file whatever she wants with the courthouse. She has no evidence of any of her claims; however, I do and I look forward to having the court address this. And I am not using any of her work because it was poorly done.

Again, my desired resolution is: 1. A promise to that the business owner will not contact me again with threats 2. Removal of the false reviews the business owner wrote about services that I’ve never provided her with on mu business - Children Ready to Learn (review link* ************************ 3. Refund of the $230 that I still paid for services I ended up not using because it was all so bad.

      Sincerely,

      ******** *****

on 3 sites that Creative Resumes is registered with, and Amy managed to lie to Trustpilot to have one of the reviewers removed, but hasn’t been able to get the ones on ****** removed, so she has not resorted to threatening me through text messages and by posting fake reviews on my business until I remove the FACTUAL reviews I wrote.

What kind of business does that?!

She wrote a fake review on ****** for a nonprofit organization that I manage, wrote another fake review on a site where students get to rate their professors, and she claimed to have emailed the board of the organization I manage.

Not only is this unethical, it’s libel, and I would like to resolve this before I end up having to take this to court.

      Desired resolution:
      1. No further contact by the business

      2. Removal of the false reviews the business owner wrote about services that I’ve never provided her with

      3. Refund of the $230 that I still paid for services I ended up not using because it was all so bad.

      Business Response

      Date: 03/16/2023

Hello, my name is Amy C****, the Owner of Creative Resumes. ******* ***** purchased services on 11/22/22 on our website to construct a resume, cover letter, ******** and Biography for a specific job of interest. This order was also expedited based on the clients request. The drafts were sent over on 11/24/22 and I have attached the proof of delivery and communication with the customer. She has been visiting different platforms for my company leaving negative feedback when her order was refunded in full and the corrected documents were provided. She was pleased with the delivery but still wanted her ******** to be build after cancelling the order. This was not completed and she has since slandered my company name on various platforms. I have made every attempt to right this clients experience, including delivering a service free of charge. In regards to her feedback on the negative reviews on her platform, is entirely inaccurate and untruthful.

I provided all communication with this client within this response. The services were performed, I took care of all requested changes and provided a refund while still offering to complete services free of charge in exchange for negative feedback. She voided this agreement after the refund was processed. The email tracking via hubspot also shows when the documents are in use that were sent to the client. ******** left negative reviews months later after the 30 day policy for changes. After negative feedback no further edits were made. I have had no communication with this client. Her order was refunded and this transaction has been closed. She continues to slander the brand and still continues to use the product she stated she is not pleased with. A theft of services claim has been filed with the Orange County Courthouse and correspondence was mailed to the consumer billing address on file.
