      I have been experiencing leaks in my garage roof ever since it was replaced, and now there are leaks from the ceiling in my family room. I have reached out to 5 different individuals to come back and fix the issues, but all I get is promises that someone will be out "next week" or "someone will be in touch in a day or so." When I call their local number, all I get is voicemail. I am extremely frustrated with this situation!!! Stay away from Oak Crest Roofing. They make big promises, but once they have your money, they disappear and you'll never hear from them again.

      Keith and Chloe were very professional and helpful in every way during our new roof application. Oakcrest would be recommended to anyone needing a new roof. Always available by phone and in person to help the process run smoothly. I would rate them the high level of approval.

      5 STARS from me!! When Oak Crest Roofing knocked on my door, I had already been working with a roofing contractor and my hail claim had been denied by my insurance company at least 3 times. I agreed to allow them to give it a shot at having my claim approved. I'm so grateful that I did!! They did their inspection and filed a detailed report with the insurance company. My project manager, Keith ************, pressed on through additional insurance denials and was finally able to get my roof completely covered (less my deductible)!! His communication was great, responded to every text and/or phone call and was here every step of the way, while the roof was being installed. The new roof has already also passed the ultimate test, as Hurricane Ian tore through our area 5 days after the roof was in place!! Roof looks great, and no leaks!! I recommend using them and hope everyone can have the same great experience we did!! Thanks again Keith - you and your team did a great job!!
