  Lafferty replaced my screened enclosure. While the price was comparable and the work is sufficient, this company does have some pretty serious time management issues. I was given a 3-4 week lead time and was told it would be a two day job. At 6 weeks, I called to see if I could get on their schedule and was told I was next on their list. I was given the same answer every time I called but still they wouldnt give me a date to commence work. After finally scheduling me, they called to postpone 3 times. When the installers finally came, they didnt bring the proper materials for the job. The first day they stayed 2 hours, the second day they stayed 3 hours and left for the weekend. After returning on Monday, they put in an 8 hour day to complete the job, a full 8 weeks from the time I signed the contract. If you want your job done in a timely fashion, I would advise you to look elsewhere.

  While we did keep in contact with you throughout the process, we acknowledge that multiple reschedules can still feel disorganized and discouraging. In this case, our crews previous project required significantly more time than anticipated due to unforeseen complexities. We chose not to pull them off that job prematurely because we want every customerjust like youto have their project finished completely and properly. Still, we understand that this impacted your timeline, and we take responsibility for how that made you feel.
  
  You also mentioned our crew arriving without proper materials and leaving a mess over the weekend. Thats not the standard we aim to uphold. Weve brought this concern to our production manager's attention so they can address it directly with the crew and ensure it doesnt happen again.
  
  While the situation wasnt ideal, we are thankful for the opportunity to complete your project and hope you're happy with the final result.   Lafferty Aluminum & Screening just completed our screened in porch. I would like to say that they did a superior job! **** was the installer, and all his work was done to perfection! We had rain one day while he was supposed to be working, and he came to tell us that he would return to the project the next day due to the rain. He was very courteous and represented Lafferty in a professional manner. He is a perfectionist! Our porch looks so good that our neighbors came over to see it out of curiosity. We chose the upgraded locks/hardware. The caulking is perfect, and everything is straight and looks so professional! We are so glad that we chose Lafferty because we are new to *******, and we really do not know anyone to give us recommendations. We couldn't be more pleased! If anyone is looking to have something screened in, start with Lafferty and you won't need to look any further. Thank you, Lafferty!

  Lafferty Aluminum/Screening is a fabulous company *****+, my quote was thorough, professional to start!! Office staff is very knowledgeable, helpful to work with from scheduling to payment, Ray my installer is fantastic in the process doing my new enclosure, even through bad weather doesn't give up! Material's used is great quality, just in-time!
