    Palm Bay Septic took deposit of $2024.00 from me for a plumbers pit install. Something happened with the person that processes permits and they where unable to have work on it for months. It got to the point that the service was no longer needed and they notified and said they would process a refund of my money. I have been calling and had some e-mail attempts for months. The person that answers always tells me that the owner has to be the one that handles it. The owner is never available and doesn't contact me back.

    I hired this company to replace my entire septic system at my home. They did the job with a new tank and a Drain field. They completed the job and only a few months after. I started to have issues with the drain field where it was bubbling up through the ground. Basically, it was waste coming up through the ground. This left my house smelling like a sewer continuously. They sent someone up to check it. And they said the drain field would have to be replaced. They said they had a few who got bad materials or something in the drainfield would need to be done over and that they would do mine. Now I have been waiting over Year and they have not got back to me when they are going to do it.. There was a few times they said they were going to come out and do it. But I have never seen them nor will they respond anymore. They even have applied for a new permit to redo the drainfield At my house therefor acknowledging That they are responsible and have come out and seeing that the drain field is no good. So they currently as far as I know Have applied for the permit but we are Over a year later now and still no response in no contact from this company. I just want them to do what they said. I paid for a perfectly functioning septic system. They have acknowledged that it is bad and even applied for a permit to redo the drain field. I want them to come out and replace the drainfield correctly. Basically I have poo bubbling up from my septic system.

    8/4/2023 - signed contract to have Palm Bay Septic Expand drainfield and install larger tank in preparation for building and Accessory Dwelling Unit (adding one additional bedroom and bathroom). Deposit of $9417.50 was paid. October the county sent a request for additional information and improved image of the *** plans. I was made aware 30 days later and immediately sent images. Information and images were never received by the county and Palm Bay Septic has refused to return any of my phone calls. I began calling bi weekly in January, then weekly at the end of January. I then began calling daily. Every time I call I either reach voicemail where I leave a message. Or the person who answers the phone tells me that she is unable to obtain any information and will have someone return my call. No one has EVER returned my call. I called today and spoke with someone who did not give me her name and notified her that I was canceling the contract and expected a full refund of the deposit amount. A certified letter has been sent to the company address and should be received by 2/19/2024. This letter includes my request for refund as well as copies of all email correspondence.

    I paid Palm Bay Septic $475 for a complete septic inspection on 4/12/22 for my home purchase. Then on 1/22/2023, we had gallons and gallons of raw sewage back up into our walk-in shower and spilling onto our bathroom floor destroying $1,000 worth of personal property and flooring. I initially thought it was a drain issue, so a plumber was called but he did not discover a clog.

    On 1/24/23, I called Palm Bay Septic to check if the drain field or filter was clogged. When they came and opened up the tank, it was full to the brim and evident that the tank was not pumped as indicated on the inspection. For starters, the inspection incorrectly lists that the tank material is concrete when in fact, it is indeed plastic, as you can see from the photos attached. If the tank was pumped, the fact would have been clear to the inspector. The company's employees told me that there was no indication of any clog and even the filter was free of any clogs and confirmed that the tank hasn't been pumped for a while. Today, 3 full weeks after the pump out, my system is operating normally.

    I have written 2 letters to Palm Bay Septic regarding the issue and asked if we can find a resolution but not once have they responded. I am attaching 2 other reviews on Google with similar situations like mine.

    I demand a full refund of the amounts that I paid them of $750 because it's apparent, they did not provide the service that I paid for and as a result, damaged my home and belongings.
