I took my kids to jump at ************* on 9/7/24. My card was charged that day and kept on file and charged again today 10/7 for $111 without my consent! I was apparently signed up for some reoccurring membership. I spent hours trying to contact Defy customer service. There was no way to cancel except online where I did not have any membership purchased.

I began memberships for my son and two of his friends on 2/26. I found out the boys were going to be pretty busy and decided to cancel before being charged the $76.46 for all three jumpers again. I went onto my account. There is no way to see who is on the account. I was able to cancel three jumpers, and one of them was not my son's friend, but my son's friend's brother, who was supposed to be paid for by his mom. I figured it was a clerical error, and the staff probably put the wrong kid on my account. No big deal because I cancelled three jumpers. This was not the case. I was charged $24.60 on 3/26 for the friend I was not able to cancel. I contacted the company via email. I sent them the three confirmations I had. They refused to refund me. They could not explain to me why I was able to cancel three subscriptions and had a fourth. I only initiated three. Upon reading reviews, this is a common occurrence, and I feel like more people need to hold companies like this accountable. Good customer service goes a long way. $25 is nothing for a company like this. I have had parties here and have dropped hundred of dollars, and yet they could not work with me and give me a refund for services I will not be using and that I should not be responsible for.

I live outside of the **************** now since June of 2023, when I finished working this afternoon, I noticed a fraudulent cc charge in the amount of $47.06 from DEFY in ********, **. My children have not used this fun park in more than 7 months time, so we aren't sure why DEFY fraudulently took money from my cc. I'd like the full amount returned and a written statement stating that this will not happen again.

The issue was resolved by the company and the mistake was found to be on my part. Defy went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly

Forcing people to pay for socks when they don't need them. Refusing to refund money afterwards. Three adults told them the children had socks already. When grandson went to pay for jump zone time with his **** gift card from Christmas, they charged him for socks. My daughter and I confronted them to ask why he was charged for socks he didn't need or receive. They claimed he said he needed them. They offered to give him socks but refused a refund. My daughter told them again he doesn't need socks. They said, Card has been charged already and no refunds allowed. I can't see how this is an appropriate way to do business. One thing to take advantage of adults but no remorse for taking advantage and ripping off a child. Right is right and wrong is wrong.
