    I hired East Coast Arbor Pro Inc. to trim 4 trees (2 front, 2 back), but from start to finish the process was chaotic and unprofessional. Communication was poor I had to chase them down for basic info like the appointment time, payment options, or even whether I needed to prep anything. No in-person walkthrough, just a vague text quote.On the rescheduled day, the crew arrived with no notice and couldnt access the back trees without risking damage to my irrigation system. Their only solution involved using a ***** lb lift that would likely crush sprinkler lines and they didnt have basic tools like a working pole saw. They admitted they couldnt do the job as quoted.I declined partial service due to the steep revised cost and limited scope. Their machine still left deep ruts in my and my neighbors yard and ran over a sprinkler head anyway exactly what I was trying to avoid. When I contacted the owner and provided details including pictures, ******, he offered zero apology and dismissed the issues with all this over a $400 job.I requested a simple resolution: drop off some topsoil so I could fix the damage myself. He agreed but never delivered and stopped responding.Additionally, was insulted via reply both in text and on ****** reviews when I submitted a 1 star review for the experience. The owner is very immature and unprofessional.

    Didn't show up or call THREE times in a row. I wound up having to trim all 18 of my own palms. Didn't show up today (third time) and won't answer phone or text messages.
