    On June 5 2024 the customer paid $700 to business, ******************** Kuts in good faith, for service to be done regarding tree service. As of date, we have not heard back from the owner, ***************************. He refuses to communicate with us. This is after several attempts to call, email, and send text to ***** during the past 5 weeks. We are seeking a refund of $700.00 since no services have been provided since the $700.00 was given to Kustom Kuts. Note- there has not been any conflict or issue between customer and business until this point. This is actually the second time we have used ******************************* services. We do not understand but are ready to prepare for litigation to recoup $700.00.

    Per our agreement for the job listed the deposit was to be due on March 8th, the remainder to be due the day of the job March 9th.The full job was to remove the fence panel on the right side of my home, cut down and remove a palm tree in the backyard, lay 7 ton of stone for an RV to sit on, and then reinstall the gate.On Monday March 4th the owner *************************** text me and stated that the rock company he works with requested a down payment as they were going to be closed that weekend. He requested I venmo him $800 for the rock. I could not pay this full amount as I was told I wouldn't need the deposit until the 8th so I was unprepared. I venmoed him $600 as he said he would cover $200 of the $800 and just add it to what I owed when he came to work. On March 8th he came as promised and removed the gate so they could start working first thing on the 9th. At this time he broke the post to the gate - which he said he would fix. When he returned on the 9th he was paid the remainder of the money $895 for a total of $1495. He told me the machine for the rock was broken and he couldn't bring it for 1 to 2 weeks. However he did cut down the palm tree. He then left the palm tree in my yard for weeks. After multiple attempts to contact him and 4 excuses he never came to remove the palm tree. He never brought the rock I paid for. He never fixed the fence back. He had excuses for why he could not come. March 26th he promised to be there at 9am sharp himself personally to get the work done. It was March 26th that he stopped communicating. He blocked me He did not respond to any messages, texts, or phone calls.I put a post on fb to ask someone to remove the tree and they did. He only then messaged me on March 28th saying I slandered him. (I never mentioned his company or his name in the post). The work has still not been done as of today. He has not communicated. I threatened to *** for the money and he lied and said he tried to come out. Work is still not complete.
