Initial transaction with this company was on 12/26/21 with initial payment of half sent through check to MVP. The apps build is sub-standard due to the lack of using reusable components and workflows for key UI elements and workflows. For example even though the Super Admin and Admin pages have similar UI elements (e.g Schedule tab, *************** tab, etc) they are duplicated on the different pages instead of creating a single component and re-using it on the different pages. This has resulted in some consistency issues within the app. An evidence of this is the fact the Create Shift popup in the Super Admin portal is mistakenly missing the Clinician input while the Create Shift popup in the same Super admin portal but on the Shift Schedule tab has the Clinician input. Also many pages accumulate errors in the browser console from custom code and plugins. Previous functionality has not been properly deprecated as the app has evolved as evident from many unused and test pages inside the app. Involves checking for potential vulnerabilities or risks in the application. Security is poor. Data privacy was not set up. Work flow and Data API's are exposed. Database Involves evaluating the database structure, privacy rules, option sets, linkages, so that they correctly respond to the needs of the application and allow for its future scalability Poor/Average Privacy rules are virtually non-existent; for the 2 data types that have privacy rules some overlap Option set naming convention is inconsistent Data relations seem rational Fields have the same name within the same data type

Started the project with this company in Oct 2022. Over a grueling 12 weeks they failed to deliver a functional and working app.Had to have multiple meetings a week, designer was good at copying but not particularly good at coming up with a concept. Developer could not finish features, changed up features without telling me and created an unfinished app with tons of issues. They promised in Feb 2023 to return 60% of my money and complete the app. The company failed again. They were suppose to create new designs and fix the old code and backend to make it work. Instead they redid the backend without telling me create massive delays. After failing to deliver in April 2023 the HR Directory promised to provide additional compensation. They pushed the timeline of the project to July 2023. When I brought this up to them and their failure to properly add the mobile design they made excuses. Stop working on the project. In June they create a gmail and Bubble.io using my personal details and transferred the unfinished and broken app to that account. The company never return any of my money, or gave me any working product or designs. The company a scam and a does fraudulent things. Don't trust the owner or HR Directory.
