I get tests run about twice a year and my dermatologist sends my tests to this lab. I update my address with my doctor every time I go and now double check they have my address correct every single appointment because of this lab. For over 7 years of this now, this lab Dermpath Diagnostics has still been sending my bills to an address I haven't lived at since early 2016. I have called Dermpath many many times over the years about this issue to no avail. Every time, they send my bills to this address, so I don't pay them, so they end up in collections. And in the process, they are sharing my medical information with people I do not want it to be shared with. This is happening again now. I have a bill in collections from tests from last summer because they cannot send it to the address that I have told them many times now I do not live at. Like I said, I have tried to resolve this with the company many times over the years. I am sick of this, I am sick of collections and debt people calling me for bills I have never been given. My dermatologists office has even sent them letters asking them to send it to my correct address with my sample and nothing anyone has done has worked over the last seven years. Its ridiculous we have gotten to this point. I have to get these biopsies to remain healthy, I shouldn't have to fight the lab who tests them. I shouldn't be in debt twice a year because they cannot send something to the correct address.

I contacted dermpath and the collections agency the same day I filed this complaint. Left messages with both briefly explaining my situation and gave each my phone number to call back and have not been contacted by either. I had assumed you guys are contacting dermpath and that is why I have not heard back from them, but now it's been a while, I'm not so sure.

I went to the dermatologist (*****************) on 7/18/2022. She sent two surgical pathology requests to Dermpath diagnostics. After the insurance was applied the bill was $337.05. I paid that amount through my health equity HSA 8/16/2022. On 10/4/2022 I received a statement that stated it was a second request for payment and I was 30 days past due. I called their payment number *************) and asked about the other payment from 8/16/2022, they had no record of me paying. I was advised to go online and pay the bill again and I did to avoid something on my credit. The second $337.05 was paid 10/11/2022. I discussed with ******* about getting a refund and on 12/14/2022 I called and talked to ***** who stated ******* had sent my ticket for a refund on 12/13/2022 @4pm. I have been trying to call back to see where my refund is because it is now 2/10/2023 and I have not received it yet. Every time I call it does not recognize the bill number I have on my statement and it routes me to a queue where I sit on the phone for ***** minutes before hanging up. Bill number on my statement is ***********. I also received a number from ******* which I guess was for a ticket he opened #********. Please help me get my money back
