      I paid for the service to ship my stuff (7 large boxes) from ** to **. They said they will pick up packages doorstep and I paid for the pick up fee. However, at the pick up date, they pick-up people said they won't come upstairs but only at the lobby of the building. I called the customer service, and they just told me this is what it is. They never told me or explaining about it on their website. I am so mad because I feel like being cheated, and they would take no actions for making it up.

      To Whom it May ****************** clients residential building has guidelines set up with the carrier ( *** and ****** where they are not permitted to enter the building (security purposes / legality). The client was advised to bring the items she was shipping to her normal shipping / receiving area of her building for the carrier to collect. Our company reorganized the driver to come back and collect all of the items. The contractual agreement between this client and ShipGo was a pickup from her address on January 24th 2023 and deliver to her her home by February 2nd 2023, this was executed perfectly as contractual agreed upon by the client.

      I shipped my suitcase for trip with my two children. They use ***** and cannot help with any details. They delivered my bag 5 days early to an empty house and would not take any responsibility and simply said I cant help you. They lied and said it is deliver by date, unfortunately they delivered 5 days sooner. Also the insurance for the item does not cover the item being stolen after it sits at an empty house for 5 days

      This customer booked the order via our website ****************************** and selected the deliver BY date as 11/3/2022. This deliver by date is explained on the ship page as well as the order confirmation page, all of these points, tells the client that we operate our guarantee delivery date by the date listed on the order.

       

      This shipment was out for delivery earlier than the deliver by date, our support staff was able to hold the bag at the facility and request a future delivery date of November 3rd when the client arrives to their destination, the item will be delivered on time to the guest as agreed upon. Services rendered  will fall exactly under our terms of use and what the client paid for.
