    This is in reference to your store located at **********************************************************8/31/2025 2:10 pm: I started to place my order. this process took about 15 min. 2:40 pm: I was called for my order but it was not my order. I said I would wait for him to remake my order. 2:50 pm: It looked as thou the sandwich he was working on was finished but he was once again. I then asked if that was my order and he said no and started the process of making my sandwich. as he started he was not following the order at all, I then started to tell him the order and he then he put the meat in the steamer, at this time I told him to forget about my order and refund my money since it would be another 10 min. 2:55: I requested the cashier to give me a refund and she couldn't do it. I then asked the one that was making the sandwiches if he could issue the refund and his answer was no as well. He the got another worker ( *********) and he was unable to refund my money. 3:00pm: I then requested the managers phone number and was given a name of ***** with a number of ************. I then asked for the names from the other 2 workers and they refused to give them to me. I then went to the parking lot and called the number he gave for the manager, the phone rolled directly to voicemail. The greeting on the voicemail said .... This is ***** and and I'm out of the country with no access to voicemail, texts or email. 3:10 pm: I called the customer service line for ************************** Subs and opened an issue ticket (********) with you. 9/02/2025, 2:55 PM: I called customer service once again and let the know that nobody has called and that the charges were no returned to my card. I would hope that Firehouse subs does no want a reputation of not following up on issues in their stores, let alone failing to refund a customers money when they never produce the sandwich. This has gone on for as I stated before 17 day!!!! Now this complaint to BBB, Oct 4th 2024 to get a resolution. Thank You

    This should be sent to the franchise location at the address mentioned, not HQ. I don't see any formal complaint from this guest so that's most likely why it's not been actioned on.
