    Whatever you do, absolutely do not use this service! They purport to - their exact words "And travel stress-free from door to destination" and that couldn't be further from the truth! They have been in possession of my luggage for 17 days and there is no solution in sight. They literally asked me for a pic of my luggage and my air tag info. And even with that for 10 days my luggage is still sitting at the *****************. One would think they scanned it along the way so why they can't find it is a mystery. Plus, it has multiple luggage tags on it and for goodness sake it's purple - how hard can it be to find with a pic, an air tag, and seemingly some type of scan code!We all understand problems happen. Humans s**** up sometimes. The sign of a well-run business is how they resolve problems. When they can't provide a solution and don't take a problem seriously, they are a failure. Shame on #travelluggagefree

    Avoid at all costs like the previous reviewer said. This company is not to be trusted. Almost $2000 worth of damage/loss/theft in my most recent shipment. Company won't accept responsibility and will not *************** claim because the items were prohibited.See before and after picture of box that looks like it was thrown down a stairs.Furthermore, the customer service were dismissive and downright rude.
