  My experience with Master Matchmakers was tremendous. They introduced me to quality women that I never wouldve been able to meet on my own. The fourth match was a home run. Were now exclusive with each other and Ive placed the search on hold. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to find a partner they could share a life with.

  What makes Master Matchmakers different? These people really care about their clients and they go the extra mile to listen, let your thoughts, hopes and priorities sink in, and move forward with all of that in mind. Dating and meeting the right person is a focused, defined and heart-felt process with Master Matchmakers, NOT a crap-shoot or, maybe this person will work effort. The team knows who I am. They care about what is important to me. And they dont pull punches when it comes to coaching me when I need it, which I really appreciate. I trust them implicitly and am thankful they are on my team!

  Mastermatchmakers is a very professional service. The matchmaker assigned to me, ***, was outstanding. *** really cares about finding her clients the right match. She really listened to what I was looking for and set out to find the best match. If you have had difficulty finding the right match, *** is your answer

  They tell you what you want to hear, then electronically send you a lengthy contract they represent as just standard contract language. I believed ******* when she said they have a refund policy should I be unhappy for any reason. What is not pointed out is that said refund is only applicable for 90 days. Conveniently you have to wait to schedule mandatory coaching sessions, get approval to move on to working with a match maker and then wait for them to find a match. I paid July 27th, "graduated from coaching August 25th, was told a match maker would connect with me within 48 hours, another week I reach out again... another series of weeks go by 9/22 a text from a diff matchmaker with questions, but no follow up (she left the company). 10/2 I send email saying another 6 was lost... like magic the perfect guy would be sent over in a day or two. This match was 9 yrs older than me, retired with ********* and who just relocated to be close to family. Absolutely zero alignment with my profile. I call my "coach" who agreed must have been a miscommunication, she'd talk to Matchmakers. 10/23 I email ******* that I'm disappointed, recounted experience asked what my options were. Her response? Be patient. Well, what I didn't know was 4 more days of "patients" made the refund policy window close. It's now been 9 months and no dates. Upon sending another firm email, the "perfect" match was presented. This one 8 yrs older, and had been with the service for over SIX YEARS. He told me the bs the owner and his mom put him thru, that they offered the $1000 token refund... it was shocking. Fast forward to 1/8/24. I come across some ****** reviews with very similar scam stories. I post my truthful experience thus far and within an hour receive a text to set up a call to discuss my post. I recorded the call. I had to take the post down, while on the call or lose my $7500. My truthful post violated some section in the contract. RUN!!!!!

Our process involves asking clients to approve all the information gathered to ensure accuracy and to optimize the match-seeking process on their behalf. This approach is designed to benefit our clients and increase their chances of finding a compatible partner.
  
  In the case of this particular client, she exercised her right to refuse her first match presentation, which we fully respected. Just 12 days later, we successfully matched her with another gentleman. Although there were some initial challenges in their correspondence, we remained committed to working diligently to find her ideal match. Our philosophy is to take as much time as necessary to find the right person for each client, rather than simply pairing them with anyone.
  
  Despite our best efforts and willingness to continue the search, the client decided to pursue a different path. We made a sincere attempt to reach an amicable resolution, as we truly wished to change course and find a way forward together. Although we regret that we were unable to continue our journey with this client, we genuinely wish her all the best in her future endeavors.
