    We used this pharmacy last year only once for eye drops through *************** at ********************* in *********. OUT OF NOWHERE I WAS FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED on my **** $184.65 on 4/1723 & $304.65 on 4/20/23 for nothing. After many calls and promises i was repeatedly assured by ******************************* that the money would be credited 4/26/23. I have called every day, he even promised a check was in the mail and give me a check number of ****** a week ago. Endless promises and never an apology, still no credit as of 5/3/23. I called him back on 5/1/23 and verified his identity as ******************************* and I put him on notice I would report him to my Attornt General as well as the **** of health. He hung up the phone abruptly. One minute later he called me back cursing and yelling and threatening me with physical violence. This was completely uncalled for as I never raised my voice to him and was completely polite and professional. As a retired law enforcement officer I know many times these types disputes are considered civil in nature. However, I believe this particular pharmacy may be routinely making fraudulent charges on others in hopes that they are oblivious to the charges. I noted several people online complaining of the same fraud by these people.

    I canceled my once a month allergy drops and stopped authorizations of further payments in Jan due to loss of job/income. the owner agreed and the next day called me to authorized payment, I told him we canceled yesterday he said yes you were right. the following month on Feb 18th my card was charged for the medication, I called and complained he said he would refund my money which he did not. then twice in that month again on feb 21st my card was charged again leaving my balance extremely low, I called and made a complaint he was able to refund that one payment but did not refund the previous 2/18 payment. he stated I'm calling his business to much and bothering him he has alot of work to do and he is not tefunding me and hung up the phone.
