      I signed a listing agreement with this agent. After 8 days of no contact from him I contacted him (thursday 9/26/2024) and asked him when is my house going on the market. He didn't respond with the answer. I contacted him the next day and his assistant contacted me and I told her that i fired ******* him and I'm backing out. I told both him and his assistant this. This morning she sent a contract for me to sign so they could list it as "coming soon" which he told me he would do right away which he did not do. I DID NOT SIGN THIS and they went ahead and listed it today and it says coming soon. I want my listing removed because I'm backing out of this contract.

      The original statement made by Client, ******** ***** is correct and our Agent, *** ******* *******,took full responsibility in answering the Client.  He, unfortunately, was traveling, was inundated with work, and there was a communication break down between ********** and his Assistant to get the property Listed immediately.  We believe honesty is the best policy, and once we found this out, and our Broker received the notice, we took action to assist our client.

      It was assigned to the Manager of ******************** and we immediately went into action to rectify the situation. We immediately called Ms. ***** to provide a List of Action items to resolve and make her satisfactory with our performance.

      This Listing was immediately re-assigned to another Agent, and a plan was laid out to the Client to immediately rectify, get her property listed to her satisfaction, and continue with the process.  A newListing Agreement was reviewed with Client and our task list when listing a property, was put into action.  We not only executed a new Agreement, with a new Agent to Ms. ****** satisfaction (she has executed Agreement and we can provide a copy.
      The Manager spoke w/Client on phone October 3, 2024, apologized again on behalf of Company, would get right to work on rectifying situation for her, she said O.K.
      Immediately posted a FOR SALE sign on her property,
      Had a professional photographer take full-professional shots of property,
      Re-Listed the property on-line,
      Visited with Client to make sure we were adhering to her requests and received full instruction from her.
      All the above took place 48 hours after hearing Ms. ****** complaints. From Oct. 1st through Oct. 3rd, a new Agent assigned to her met w/her on Thursday (believe) Oct. 3.

      Ms. ****** property has now been listed for 19 days, we have had activity on the property to show and have also received offers.

      We believe we have resolved this complaint/issue with the Client and she is satisfied.
