I have used Working Live through **** *** Cosmetics for several years. I began being overcharged in May of 2023. I was double and sometimes triple charged in the following months. I reached out via phone and email to no response for months. I received two refunds of $122.99 each in November 2023 and NO corrections to the extra payments forward. I finally had to cancel my Credit Card number to prevent other charges. It has been over $200 in charges they owe me.

When considering complaint information, please take into account the company's size and volume of transactions, and understand that the nature of complaints and a firm's responses to them are often more important than the number of complaints.
