      Everywhere you look it says PCH is free and yet they are charging me to activate my prize and to deliver it they are telling me they have not updated the wed site yet but even then don't they have to go by what is public knowledge till it's updated I have already been scammed for fifteen thousand dollars and feel that they are not following the rules accordingly I don't know who is who there are so many scammers hitting me up posing as ****************** and I can't afford to pay them all and I just feel they need to deliver based on public knowledge without charging me I have been taken for enough I don't know what to do and I'm sick of taking a loss
