    I'll keep it short and simple. If your order arrives fine, then great, his product is good; however, if you have any DOAs (especially a total loss like what I went through), it will be like pulling teeth with this guy.
    Long story: I received my order that I placed overnight-delivery and opened it immediately to a heat pack that was cold and water that was close to freezing. I didn't reach out immediately to **** because I had some work meetings to attend to, so I left the critters in the bag to temperature acclimated to my tank water (like his website suggests doing). When I emailed him later that night, he started off fine when I said there might be some DOAs. However, when it turned out that all of them died (no surprised there considering how cold it was), he started getting snarky with me and insinuated that I left the package outdoors all day (I telework so that doesn't make any sense). I even paid for overnight shipping when the standard is 2 day delivery - so why were the animals dead? Well, it's because he used only one heat pack when it was below freezing in my area. Someone in the coral or saltwater hobby should know to delay shipping if that's the case, or add additional heat packs. He has since stopped responding to my emails and blocked my account on his website. Such a professional!! Take your business elsewhere, this guy is something else.
