5 stars****** ******* was courteous and informative. I had some wrong notions about the coverage and she explained that it is actually better than I had thought. She was also patient with my feedback, questions and computer processes in the signup process. Unlike many **** she also has a staff and is thus easy to reach not just leaving a message.
