    I just purchased an newly built home and I am experiencing issues with the hot water not lasting for more than about 15 minutes. This contractor and/or company is the one who did the work but does not want to honor the warranty. They were not only contacted by me many times but also by the builder **************** and were told about the issue. They insisted that it was the water heater having issues and decided to replace the water heater not once but twice costing me huge amounts of water lost which I need to pay. The issue continues where we wont have long lasting hot water. It's a 50 gallon water heater meaning that it should last a long time not just about 15 minutes. The water heater was tested multiple times by many of Ameri-tech employees including **** the owner himself. Not only that but it was tested by an electrician per their request and passed. I then spoke to a few plumbers to ask for their opinions and was told it sounds like its a bigger issue , issues like crossed lines or a bad valve. There were other issues also covered up by them. Issues that were shown to me by employee ****** with pictures showing timestamps and all. This is a newly built home and we shouldn't have this kind of issues. I have pictures , videos and text messages all showing and proving that **** has lied in several occasions. I have the evidence and I am willing to pass a polygraph test as well to show that i'm being honest. **** has since ignored all my messages and calls. He refuses to fix the issue even though its under warranty. They deserve to be looked into , this is uncalled for. Its unprofessional and totally not right. I looked into Ameri-tech as well and found other complains. This is not the proper way to operate a business and it should not be condone. After being told that they are not supposed to put up temperature on water heater as it could cause them legal issues **** himself decided to do it so that it could " temporarily fix " the issue even though it didn't.
