    Negative Star Review Opinions and Facts:Suave Development seems to be a middleman billing company for at least one related business: Blistent.com Both companies appear to be owned and/or managed by the same ******* individual. This man appears to live a good life.A traveling troupe of Aptiva sales reps hit our neighborhood in **********... they were selling "one-time mosquito and insect spray services."In late June 2023 I gave the rep my bank card info for a "one-time residential service for $30, as I recall.I told the rep that all I wanted was a one-time spray service since the mosquitoes were bad. He assured me that this was one of their services.After the spray truck came within two days, I called the ************** and canceled my service. The rep said it was done.Aptiva/Blistent/Suave Development continued to bill me $49.95 for July and August AFTER I canceled.I reported them to my bank, PNC, and canceled my bank card and replaced it.PNC says they are investigating and they gave me a provisional $98.90 credit.These companies have TERRIBLE reviews and reputations.I wish I could give them all negative reviews.
