      My laptop was dropped off to ***** ***** to originally replace the damaged screen. The screen was replaced, however, the lighting of the screen was not fixed. ***** was to order a motherboard to be replaced. ***** advised that he was having issues with his LLC's bank. Therefore, for documentation purposes, no additional payment was rendered. After while, I would just obtain excuse after excuse as to why he could not take credit/debit card payments so that the payment can properly be documented on both ends. I have been trying to contact ***** over a year to retrieve my laptop. He advised that his equipment was placed in storage in which he was unable to access due to not having the money to pay the storage rental premium. I have not heard back from ***** for approx 1 year. I have left numerous voice messages & texts. I just want my personal laptop back.
