ACI APPRAISAL SOFTWARE (1/30/25) TOOK MY CREDIT CARD INFO AND FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED IT for $898.00 ON JAN 30TH. My customer No. is ****** and ACI FRAUDULENTLY charged MY Credit card for the Software Subscription with Customer No. ****** which is the customer No. of ***** ******* who owns ************. You can see on my past invoice from May, my Customer No. is 117210. ACI charged my card on January 30th for ******* Subscription (I never had this subscription and I do not own ************, this is ******* company). I called ACI on January 30th and they did not catch this error and did not assist me. I then opened a case with Chase and Chase erroneously closed it because ACI said that it wasn’t an error. IT IS IN FACT AN ERROR. I called ACI again yesterday, 3/3 and spoke to a rep named ******* and today, 3/4, who is trying to tell me that it was not on auto-renewal and that you have to actively pay on the website. This is NOT TRUE, as when I called on 1/30, the lady rep told me it was on autopay. THIS IS NOT MY SUBSCRIPTION, I DO NOT HAVE AND NEVER HAD A COMPANY MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION PLAN. I need my money refunded immediately. You can see on the invoices below, back in May, I purchased software with my customer no. ****** and in January, the $898 was charged to ****** which is ******* subscription. Sincerely, *** ****** Phone: ************
