  We've worked with Alicia for over a year to write and manage our B2B outbound email marketing. Alicia is fantastic! Super organized and very well versed in MailChimp including A/B testing and campaign management. Our industry is niche and specialized, and Alicia has been excellent at learning our customers' profile (Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) ) and tailoring emails to that.We appreciate her organization in planning our marketing calendar months in advance and keeping things on track. She is professional and reliable, with high quality work. I highly recommend Alicia!

We worked with her to set up a Mailchimp templates for these emails, which included ***** design. I was very impressed with her work -- she is collaborative, organized, and brings great suggestions.
