    Sept 19-20, 2022 Flooring was installed by ******* ** ******* **** I Paid $2398.00 for labor, supplies were purchased separately from ******* ****** Direct. First contacted business on 10/4 with complaints about flooring not feeling right. Reached out again on 10/18, 10/28 and finally on 11/11 was told he would come look at floors on 12/2 to repair. On 12/2 he came with no intention of doing work, just to look and see what he could do without ripping up and replacing all work. I reached out on 12/16 to follow up and inquire when repairs would be made. He came on 12/23 to drill small holes in some of the flooring and install "fix a floor" in some of the problem areas to see if it would work. On 1/17 I reached out to let him know that it did not work, some areas were now over corrected and coming up while other areas are still sagging when stepped on. On 1/20 I reached out again - both times yielding no answer. At this point all correspondence has been via text message and I have seen where the messages were received and read.
