    This is a scam business. They advertise discounted gift cards for the holidays at $14.99 for a haircut. When I went in to buy a few for gifts they told me that I needed to buy a minimum of three haircuts per card. When I declined they then offered to sell me individual gift cards for the full price of a haircut at $19.00. what a scam. Typical bait and switch scam

    Please see attached. We apologize that our client may not have seen this but there are signs posted throughout the salon promoting our prepaid Great Card for $14.99 haircuts.  On the signs, it states "Valid on your next haircut.  Limited time offer.  Minimum/maximum purchase may apply.  Sales tax not included".  We will contact our customer directly to explain.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    THis is clearly a scam to get customers into the shop to buy one gift card and then hit them up that they have to buy a minimum of three haircuts at the reduced price. There other option was to buy a gift certificate at the full price. This is clearly a bait and switch tactic. If the company were honest they would clearly state that a customer had to buy a minimum of three haircuts at the reduced price. But, the company did not. This indicates that they attempt to mislead the public to get them into the store it to force them to buy more products than they wanted to buy. It's only fine to increase sales and the company's bottom line. 

    I will be filing a complaint with the ******* ******** ******* over this matter. Perhaps nothing will come of it but at least Great Clips will be on their radar.

    We have contacted the customer and left messages on January 3, January 6 and again on January 8. Our calls have not been returned.
