      I am in the process of (remotely) selling my deceased mother's home in **** ***** and needed to have the sprinkler system repaired prior to finalizing the sale, closing date July 8th. I contacted Evergreen Landscape ( located at ** ******** ***** **** **** ***** ** *****) on June 16 to look at the system and provide estimates of the needed repairs. ***** was very responsive, paid a service call, analyzed the problem and undertook preliminary repairs. He determined that major repairs were required to have the system updated and in good working order. He submitted an estimate for the work, which I happily approved. I paid a 50% deposit of $634.50. Evergreen employees started work and then disappeared after 1 day. ***** made five appointments with my realtor to be at the house for Evergreen to complete the work and failed to show up.

      The buyer's realtor found that there was exterior flooding from a pipe that Evergreen had inadvertently sawed through, which we assume is the reason why they walked off the job. They had said nothing. They have ignored all calls and all attempts, by text, email and telephone, to attempt to either fix the problem or return the $635.00 paid to-date.

      We called the City of **** ***** and the city work crew determined we needed the pipe replaced on an emergency basis, resulting in a plumbing bill of just under $900.

      We found another landscaping company, which has estimated the sprinkler repairs at $915.00 That work is currently underway.

      I would simply like Evergreen Landscape to refund $634.50: the agreed-to work has not been done, physical damage has been done to my property and I have incurred plumbing repair costs.

      Paid 8600 dollars in full for sod entire yard install, installation of two 10-12 ft Queen Palm trees, adjustment and correction of irrigation, and correct incorrect sod installation on neighbors fence.

      Irrigation, Palm trees, and sod correction have not been completed to date, although ***** committed to complete the remaining work. I have called, texted, and emailed *****, kindly asking the work to be completed and he has ignored my requests.

      I appreciate your assistance in order to get the remaining work done or refund of 1200 dollars which will be needed to hire another company to complete the remaining work

      Paid 8600 and work not finished. Sod by neighbor was supposed to be corrected as it was not installed to code and I have been cited by the City. Irrigation was never adjusted and grass is not receiving water in several areas and grass is starting to die. Finally, two 12 ft Queen Palms were supposed to be installed and as of 4/9 have not.
