Initially, I went to **** to get my eyebrows and eyeliner done. Her mapping out of my eyebrows I did not see her do, and my eyebrows just became a hot mess, all uneven, and not even the same color as she usually used in the past. I was charged between both service approx $1000 and I look hideous!!

Additionally, I had signed up for ****’s class and paid her over $4000. ****, the owner told me she would email me the catalog manual and would give it to me once I started the class. The class only ran a handful of days and only for a few hours as she left me basically sitting at a counter, carving out eyebrows on a rubber mat.

She got her nose bent out of joint because I did not have time to read the manual because it’s my understanding I paid $4000 for her to teach me!

She did not provide me with a live models. In fact she wanted me to bring in models! I’m new to the area I don’t know anybody. Secondly, her website and ********* state that there would be live models for students to work on and have hands on experience. I got none of that and she said her insurance doesn’t support her bringing in models.

Thank goodness I have prior experience in the field and was certified in 2013. My intention was to brush up and get my confidence to go back into the field. I got nothing. I spent my time mostly watching her doing her own clients.
She also did not teach me to do photos as her contract also states. Just a sinful waste of money. I got scammed and treated horribly by this person and now I am embarrassed to even talk to my own up coming clients! So I have to get this mess removed and redone.

The eyeliner is ok in the top lid but the bottom eyeliner nothing.

One photo is what it should have looked like.

I initially worked on ***** brows on January 25th, 2021.  At that time her address was the same address as current. She in not new to the area and can be found in public records.  I microbladed ***** brows on January 25th 2021 the first time and she loved them.  **** came in for eyeliner on April 11th at 1:30 and I did her upper lid with eyeliner and then she decided she wanted to lower liner done.  **** had a very hard time staying still because she stated it itched so bad and kept rubbing her eyes which caused it to rub off on several occasions.  I proceeded to start the bottom eyeliner and her eyes watered excessively causing it to take all the pigment off.  I continued to apply numbing, but the tears kept washing it away.  She told me to go ahead and try again and I did and it was not getting any better and i once again asked if she like to continue or stop and she said to stop at that point.  The bottom eyeliner did show on the bottom, but i told her and it also states in my service contract that we can not guarantee any outcomes and i also explained to her since the tears were so bad, that tears are a natural pigment removal.
During this appointment on April 11th 2023 we talked about the permanent makeup courses I instructed.  I explained everything to her, as I do with all my consultations for my students.  **** put down a $1000.00 deposit, $500 for Microblading and $500 for Lip Blushing.  On April 23rd **** paid the remaining $3100 to pay the courses in full.  I emailed both manuals out April 25th at 7:23pm. **** also states that she paid 1,000 for her brows and eyeliner. She was charged $380 for upper lids and $380 for bottom which equals $760 and I gave her a $180 discount for a total she paid was $580.00. I did not charge her for her brows that I did in 2023.
During our consult, I explained that I send out the manuals once the course is paid in full, two weeks prior. This allows the student to read over this at there leisure so when they come to class the student is not overwhelmed.  During my course, I still go over the manual and do hands on training from their readings.
I typically have one of my own clients booked during training so that my students can see a whole procedure from the minute the client comes in, until the procedure is finished and checked out.  During this procedure with my client, I will go over medical forms with my client, go over tray setup with my students and how to ensure it is sterile, I go over prepping the clients skin, mapping out the clients brows or lips, numbing, go over procedure step by step as I’m doing the procedure so that the student understands, I go over and show them how to take photos of clients final results and how to dispose of needles in sharps container and to clean up the tray after procedure. I continue to go over the aftercare instructions with the client.  **** claims she wasn’t taught, however she stood there only a few minutes and walked away and was on her phone and went back to working on practice skins.
**** claims she couldn’t get any phone service in my business so she wasn’t on her phone. I have 2 witnesses that **** was on her phone and a text message from her admitting she was on her phone for maybe an hour or so.  She continuous texting, phone calls and then needed to leave to go to the bank to get money for another business deal she is doing.
When **** arrived on day 1, she was late.  We sat down and started right away going over the manual and she wasn’t understanding a few things, so i asked if she read the manual and she said no.  By her not reading the manual, it made it so we couldn’t move forward in training.  She went home early and i asked her to please read the manual so we could move forward with training.  The next day she comes in late again, but it was ok since it was raining and her safety was most important.  However, she still haven’t read the manual.  We did practice on faux skins, different techniques, went over the manual further more.  **** was not ready to work on a model at that time due to she hadn’t had her manual read.  If I feel that a student is ready then they can not work on a live model.  She did not have a model that day and I explained that my insurance company prefers that they have there own models and well as I prefer that students bring there own models as well.  Eventually **** did find a model.  The days she asked if she could come in were booked with clients and I could not fit her in.  Her model had only certain days she could come in and I was either booked up or went on a long time planned vacation with my daughter and then unfortunately was out on medical leave from June 13th to July 11th.  I offered **** 5 different days I had available for her to bring in her model. **** was also out of state prior to my planned vacation which also played a role in scheduling a model.
As far as ****’s eyebrows that she isn’t happy with.  **** decided she would draw on her own eyebrow and I microblade HER shape.  I had **** sign “ Client went with own shape she put on. Client accepts shape and all procedure outcomes”. **** did sign this form acknowledging.  I microbladed exactly as she requested it.
**** was given her paper manual on the first day of class, along with a full microblading artist starter kit with supplies, pigment, a digital, cordless pmu machine, practice skins and forms with a case.
I work very hard and take great pride in my work and especially to my clients.  I have prior students and clients to attest to my commitment to my clients and students.  My prior students can also attest exactly how I taught each of them and very satisfied and confident in themselves and what they were taught.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.  I can provide proof of all false allegations brought against me.
