    I have rented from AWT mgmt. For six years covering 2 properties and they have been really good. If I ever needed service or a repair they were always very prompt with a great attitude and they made me feel like family. I highly recommend them.

    We have had AWT for 4 1/2 yrs, manage one of our rentals. The company is very professional and knowledgeable about the rentals in the area. When I call ******, the owner, with a question, he always calls right back . We have had many property managers, and he is the best we have ever had. I have told friends who are looking for a property manager to look no further. He treats the tentants very well, along with the owners. I would give him a 10 star rating if I could.
