      RUN, RUN, RUN FROM MIKE, CHARLES AND NEW AGAIN TUB & TILE REGLAZING!!!!!! TOTAL CROOKS AND ABSOLUTE MORONS!!!!!! Imagine having brand new granite and $3,000 hand carved tables covered in spray paint from these COMPLETE IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!! THESES JACKASSES MADE MY MOVE THE WORST EVER AND RUINED MY FURNITURE!!!!!!!!!! You can see my tables had lots of items on them during my move AND THESE IDIOTS DID NOT PUT UP ANY PLASTIC BARRIERS BETWEEN MY BATHROOM, HALLWAY, KITCHEN OR FAMILY ROOM SO SPRAY PAINT WENT EVERYWHERE!!! And they take NO responsibility -- Mike suggested I put "Acetone...lacquer thinner" on a $3,000 hand carved table!!! Are you out of your mind Mike!!!! MIKE, HOW CAN YOU BE IN BUSINESS FOR 31 YEARS AND NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY????? I WANT MY MONEY BACK TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGES YOU CAUSED!!!!!! RUN, RUN, RUN FROM MIKE, CHARLES AND NEW AGAIN TUB & TILE REGLAZING!!!!!! GRRRRR -- You have to give them a star to post a review! They don't deserve even one star!!!!!

      I hired him at the end of April 2022 to fix a small dent on a brand new tub, he came and "fixed" it, and started peeling 3 weeks after, they advertise a 5 year warranty. I have been trying to contact Mike since June 4, by text, by telephone and by email, he will say call me Monday, or call me after Thursday, I always did and have not fix the problem yet. He was supposed to go to my house the passed ** Saturdays, not even a text to say I am not able to go. Enough, really I will not want him in my house again. Very unprofessional, can not trust anymore. My mistake was not to read the reviews and check his company before I hired him. Lesson learned, hope this will help you and not hire him and do the same mistake I did.
