    This company has been TOTALLY unresponsive. Unreturned calls and voicemails makes me wonder if this is a legitimate firm. Very disappointed with experience.

    Golden **************** **** has been working with ****************************************** for over 9 months. ** submitted all the documentation on time (Multiple occasions) and they continue to be non responsive or resolve paperwork issues in a timely manner. *********************** is our latest rep. ** have been with 3 different reps. ** were initially told this GSA application process would take 3-4 months to complete the entire process. The continuous business brushoff after we submit new documentation is extremely frustrating. There is no way to communicate in real time to resolve ongoing issues. Everytime we ask for a status update we are told they will get back to us - this does not occur in a timely matter (usually 5-7 days).

    The client has been contacted and we are in the process of updating their account. They have been transferred to another advisor and have been given the director of the departments direct contact information for any further issues. If any other issues arise, we will be available to assist them immediately. The client is going to provide ** with more relevant Statements of work that clearly demonstrates the **** maintenance services to be provided by ***.  The client agreed to send ** updated **** Statements of work so that we can get them moved to the pricing stage of the *** application by early next week. Finally, the client said that they would update their complaint accordingly. We agreed to follow up this coming Friday. Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because: The main goal is to obtain the *** # and stop all the delays. The *** number is the final answer - ASAP.

    We were told that this application process would be completed in 4-6 months - we are now in the 9th month with hundreds of correspondences

    and phone calls. When we signed up we had a very broad scope of work (*** categories) we would like to perform.

    Not sure why we only went into a simple scope of work. The main *** scope of work issue is we need to lease and rent sand bagging equipment

    to the ****************** and perform the Service, Construction and repair work GGM has been performing (with our ********** business licenses)

    for over 30+ years. The company did reach out and start the process to resolve one of the issues (*** was stuck?) - not sure how we got so far off track?

The director has reached out to discuss moving things forward and has recently spoken to ****** (main POC) about the process and what is needed. We have tried to speak with you directly ***, but it was mentioned that you will be on vacation for the next two weeks. After you return, please contact the director to continue to facilitate the process. We are more than willing to keep this process as smooth as possible for you. If anything changes, please let us know by contacting our director or representatives directly.  Regarding your file,we are nearing the end of the process and with your cooperation we believe this can be completed soon.
